About Me
Hi, I’m Kori.

One person you can trust.
A home that works better for you.
I know how it feels to look around your home and see a hundred things that need doing, especially when you’re already stretched thin. I started Kori Lane Design to be the person you can call when you need a hand and don’t know where to start.
With nearly a decade of experience, I help homeowners maintain, improve, and enjoy their homes with less stress. From painting and organization to repairs, installations, and small improvements, I offer quality work at a fair, reasonable price.
As the owner of a woman owned business, I take pride in making you feel comfortable and treating your home with the care I’d give my own. You’ll have one point of contact, clear communication, and someone ready to help you cross things off your list.
You don’t need to tidy up for me or apologize for your space. Just tell me what would make life a little easier. We can start there.

A few helpful details
Before we get started.
What is a Home Reset?
A flexible visit to tackle agreed tasks from your to do list, including home maintenance, repairs, painting touch ups, decluttering, organizing, or installations. Your first two hours are $100, available once per customer. We’ll discuss materials, any additional time, and the scope before work begins. No major plumbing or electrical work. Text me your list to confirm availability.
Where do you work?
I serve homeowners and property managers in Columbus, Dublin, and surrounding areas. Send your general area with your project so we can confirm availability.
Can I combine several projects?
Yes. Send your list, and we’ll talk through what I can handle together. One point of contact means less back and forth for you.
How does pricing work?
I price by the job. We’ll agree on the scope and total before I begin. Materials and any deposit will be discussed as part of your project.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
That’s okay. Tell me what’s bothering you about your space or send a few photos. We can start with a manageable plan.
Are there projects you don’t take on?
I’m honest about my limits. I don’t handle major plumbing or major electrical work. My power washing services focus on ground level surfaces and fences.

Kori helped me with a recent move. I can’t say enough nice things about her and her work ethic. She came prepared, walked through the door and started immediately. She helped pack, clean up, take things to storage, and loaded up my vehicle. It’s hard now days to find good help who you don’t have to monitor. She’s honest and her prices are fair. I highly recommend Kori for any type of help you might need.

I worked with Kori for over FOUR months. Her talent is endless and varied. I had a lot to declutter and organize and she figured it out and got it done like a boss babe, while providing a judgment free environment
She saved me from getting multiple estimates and coordinating so many strangers in my house (I don’t have time and I don’t like people in my house lol)
I quickly came to consider she and her sweet daughter friends of mine, will def use her again, and recommend her without hesitation.
